My experience? Put money in and the chip bag got stuck. Called the service number and the “emergency” number goes to voicemail! So no immediate food and no immediate service. The person who posted that they don’t deserve low star ratings is probably the owner or part of the company. If there was a lower star rating, they wouldn’t qualify for it at this rate of service (ie none).

Terrible, will not contact when refund owing, machines don't dispense or change doesn't come when you pay with bills lack of variety, and don't service machines often....very poor business.

You guys are a big theft. My son was in CHEO coz he is so sick, he wanted some snacks so I used your machines. I bought only for $8.50 but you charged my credit card for $58.50.!!!!!!!!! You don’t deserve even a half of a star!

They fill thier machines so stuff will get stuck and then they make it supper annoying to try to get your money back.

I never got a call back for when the machine stole my money. Worst customer service. They are just waiting for a collective lawsuit from angry customers.
