I wish I could give this company 0 stars. This company uses false advertising and pressure tactic to get your money. Many years ago, my then-boyfriend and I came across Fresh-o-matic at a business expo here in Toronto. They say you just need $10,000 and you can get a vending machine. We signed up and met with them on the agreed date and place with our $10,000 money order, and they were all nice and friendly and even took pictures of us. But as we were signing papers, we found out that $10,000 was just a deposit. We had to come up with another $30,000 within 30 days to actually buy a vending machine. At that point, we've already handed them the money order and signed the papers. We were in some windowless room in some warehouse. We were young and naive. I wanted to grab back our signed papers and money order right then, but they were all acting all nice and friendly, I (and I found out my then-bf also) felt embarrassed to admit to them right then that we didn't have another $30,000 and didn't know how to come up with another $30K within 30 days. I thought that maybe we could still back out the next day and get our deposit back, but nope. Calling them, they tell us they can't give us our deposit back, and that legally, there is nothing we can do about it. Our Fresh-o-matic contact was no longer very friendly at that point, even telling me that we can even talk to a lawyer and they are in the right. I did try speaking with a lawyer, who called them as well. The lawyer told me Fresh-o-matic has no legal obligation to give us our money back, but we can try talking to them as they sound reasonable. We did try talking to them, and they were not reasonable, wouldn't even return a cent from our $10,000 deposit. So basically, they scammed us of $10,000 by falsely advertising that that was all we needed to get one of their machines, and we got nothing back in return to show for our $10,000 that we gave them.

As a business owner, it was imperative my employees were given the option of having food and beverage options daily at our shop. I called all options of finding office coffee and vending. I was not satisfied with what most companies hard offered until I contacted The Brew Centre. They provided me with a thorough description of what they offered, to which I was completely satisfied, and went forward with using their services. Not only are their products and services beyond what anyone can ask for, as it was perfect. Their professional, superior service of office coffee and vending, the pleasure of dealing with their sales team, and every day attitude of their employees is what any company should strive to accomplish. A five star rating is not enough for The Brew Centre.
